Earlier I asked you to prepare a “volitus” if you cannot attend, but since the meeting will take place online in any case, we can conduct voting in advance via a web form for those who cannot participate in the meeting. For voting, you will of course need the the base documents, which are: 1. In the attachment you will find the society’s activity report 2. In the attachment you will find the society’s annual report to be submitted to “Maksuamet” 3.
